PODS |
PODS has been developed for two
platforms:

LPODS Version 1.9 runs on Lotus Notes R5 and above for larger projects and
organisations,
·
MPODS Version 1.2k runs on Microsoft Access for smaller teams and
companies.
We are also working on the Java
implementation…
·
JPODS Version 0.2 that will run on
all platforms, in any browser, and with your own database – ask for up to date
details (or help us with this).
In some circumstances designs and
specifications for PODS may also be made available to enable special
implementations.
While PODS has been designed to be
widely applicable we know that there are always special needs we cannot
anticipate. To ensure PODS meets your organisation’s specific needs you can
select only those components you need and integrate your existing components
into PODS.
Alternatively you can integrate
PODS, or selected PODS components into your existing Project Information
System.
Finally, we can offer the ultimate
in flexibility and supportability. We have now decided to offer PODS as open source so you can modify and develop PODS
to your exact specification with no external dependencies.
