TCM
Oxford Software Engineering's rigorous tactical change management
method.
OSEL has developed the innovative Tactical Change Management (TCM) method so that dynamic organisations can achieve rapid improvements. It is designed to bring about real changes within 6-12 weeks.
TCM deals with managing issues within a five step process. Problems are addressed, goals, established, and an understandable approach defined.
The five stages of TCM :

Form and agree plans for implementation.- Improvement Implementation
